Among the main objectives of setting up the new media is to provide live telecast of Eucharistic celebrations and other major diocesan events, especially those involving the Bishop of Penang. The Herald, 6 Oct. 2013 PDPI MOVES TO NEW PREMISE The Penang Diocesan Pastoral Institute (PDPI) has moved to a building located within the premises of the Church of St Francis Xavier (opposite the Lighthouse Drop-In Centre). The building, at 52L Penang Road, which was the former Penang Road Convent, also houses the La Salle Learning Centre and the Lighthouse.
